Located on the third floor of a Medieval building<\/strong> (served by elevator), Apartment Domitilla is ideal for a love getaway<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The building, which is very close to Campo De\u2019 Fiori<\/strong>, has its foundations on the walls of Pompey\u2019s Theater and a huge piece of ancient marble of which can steel been in the hall.<\/p>\n

This cozy apartment has been renovated in 2006<\/strong>, with all the modern comforts available. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining, a living room, one bedroom with a nice balcony and a fireplace, a wardrobe room and a bathroom with a king size shower. The wide balcony<\/strong> overlooks a quiet courtyard and all windows are double paned, so that the apartment is soundproof. It is very elegantly furnished with original medieval \u201ccassettone\u201d ceilings and \u201ccotto\u201d flooring. Furthermore, guest have access to two bicycles<\/strong> to make your exploring of Rome more fun.<\/p>\n

Casa Ottavia<\/h3>\n

Casa Ottavia is an elegant apartment –renovated in 2008<\/strong>– with all kind of amenities, ideal for a large family or for a group of friends<\/strong>. It is located on the third floor of a noble 18th century building provided with an elevator and situated between the Tiber and Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Some of the most important tourist attractions in the area are Palazzo Farnese, Cappella del Monte di Piet\u00e0, and Pantheon<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a second bathroom with a bathtub, a lounge room, a kitchenette and a a very large closet room. One bedroom has king size bed, the other one has two single beds.<\/p>\n

As the previous apartment, this is also furnished with original medieval ‘cassettone’ ceilings and ‘cotto’ flooring.<\/p>\n

Suite Governo Vecchio<\/h3>\n

Among our properties for rent in Rome, this is probably the one with the best location. Indeed, this nice and sunny apartment <\/strong>is just a few steps from Piazza Navona, close to Piazza Campo de fiori where every morning an open market is held. From the apartment some of the most famous sites can be reached in less than 20 minutes walking, such as Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi fountain<\/strong> and the Vatican City.<\/p>\n

The apartment has been completely renovated in december 2017<\/strong> and it features some beautiful antique pieces and a characteristic wooden ceiling.<\/p>\n

It includes a large living room, a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub and handheld shower. The apartment also features a nice terrace<\/strong> facing an inside courtyard where you find table and chairs for enjoy al fresco meals.<\/p>\n

Casa Paola is a cozy dependance located in a villa park<\/strong>, surrounded by trees and flowers. The property owners live in the main villa and are very happy to share with you the pool<\/strong> and the private outdoor area<\/strong> with BBQ and table.<\/p>\n

The property consist in a very large living room with fireplace, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.<\/p>\n

It is located in Grottaferrata, in the Castelli Romani, the Roman Castles<\/a><\/strong> area, only 20 km from Rome. This area is famous for the beauty of the panorama, the lovely towns, and the great cuisine. One popular town is Castel Gandolfo<\/strong>, which is the Pope\u2019s summer residence.<\/p>\n
