Girona<\/strong><\/a> is the city of the renowned risotrante El Celler de Can Roca and Massana; while in Tossa de Mar<\/a><\/strong> you find La Cuina de Can Sim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La Cuina de Can Sim\u00f3n<\/h3>\n

In Tossa de Mar, La Cuina de Can Sim\u00f3n is in an exceptional location<\/strong> steeped in history that alone is worth the visit.<\/p>\n

Chef Xavi Lores<\/strong> has been able to give a contemporary twist to the town’s rich culinary heritage<\/strong>, earning a Michelin star.<\/p>\n

The Emp\u00f2rium restaurant is located in Castell\u00f3 d’Emp\u00farie<\/strong>s, inside a hotel, and is guided by the cheefs Salvador Jord\u00e0 Vidal, Joan Jord\u00e0, and M\u00e0rius Jord\u00e0<\/strong>, who represent the third and fourth generations of the family that has been running the restaurant since 1965.<\/p>\n
