Villa Flamenco is located in the tranquil valley of Can Selleras on the east side of the island in the area of Santa Eulalia that offers tranquility, paradisiacal beaches and also famous beach clubs such as Nikki Beach, Restaurant Amante and Atzaro.
The property is surrounded by the greenery and it is characterized by a modern and sophisticated design.
It consists of 9 bedrooms all with private bathrooms and can accommodate up to 18 guests.
The villa develops on several floors and has a lift to each floor, including the roof terrace.
The interiors are spacious and stylish and guests can enjoy comfortable living areas such as the large living/dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.
A first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.
On the second floor, guests will find two further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a large terrace from which it is possible to enjoy the magnificent view of the valley.
There is a private flat attached to the villa, with two bedrooms, a living-dining room with sofa bed and a bathroom.
All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and bathroom with shower, two of them have also a Jacuzzi.
Finally, there is also a gym and a soundproof discotheque.
The villa has beautiful outdoor spaces. Guests can enjoy several green areas, terraces, Balinese beds, a children's playground, a tennis court and an outdoor pool.
There is also a parking for several cars.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 12:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed
Security deposit € 6.000,00 it must be paid by credit card or bank transfer with your last rental payment.
Children welcome, they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organize events in the property without prior approval.

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise, fees can be charged to the customer.
