Villa Linda is located in Jesus, in a 1.000m2 plot, 10 minutes drive from Ibiza town and 5 minutes dive from Talamanca beach or famous nightclubs.
It is composed by 4 bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, three bathrooms in total (plus one guests WC) and it can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Externally the building features a white color, inside it is characterized by a rustic style that transmits a sensation of warmth, with stone built walls and ceilings with wooden beams.
There is a large living room equipped with comfortable couches, flat TV, fireplace and it is connected through a bow to the dining room.
Furthermore it has a fully equipped kitchen with brown furnishings, provided with all useful appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.
Outside there is a nice swimming pool immersed in a lush garden, the pool is equipped with sunbeds and parasol.
There is also a barbecue and an external bathroom with shower.
The villa has all kind of mod cons such as: air-conditioning throughout, fast internet (optical fiber), alarm system and it is ideal for a relaxing vacation in total privacy, having everything at hand (supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, etc.).
