Besides the well appointed bedrooms, the villa also offers 4 living rooms, one on each floor, a well equipped kitchen and multiples terraces covered and uncovered, all around the property, so to be able to enjoy the sun on every time of the day.

The swimming pool size is: 15m x 7.5m, all equipped with sun beds, various sitting areas all around the property as well as it’s own covered chill out area complete of sofas. There is also a tennis court and even a cave, all immersed into a wonderful forest-like well maintained garden.

- this property DOES NOT have a barbecue and due its position within a protected wooded area, no open fire or barbecuing is permitted.
