On the ground floor, you will find this fantastic living room with dining area with a 360 degrees panoramic views from its massive windows, the super modern stainless-steel kitchen with wooden ceilings and stone walls, all equipped with the latest electrical devices and modish furniture, and again large windows that will let you enjoy the fantastic views while cooking, eating or just drinking a morning coffee.
Just outside the kitchen there is a lovely terrace about 30m2, and there is another terrace outside the living room of approximately 60m2 with views of Pollensa town, a perfect space for dining and family meals.
To reach the upper level there is the fantastic wooden staircase that leads up to the 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 twin bedded. There is air-conditioning and Wi-Fi as well as central heating throughout the whole property.
The outdoor area features wide terraces around the pool with outdoor furniture as sunbeds dining table and BBQ facilities, even on the coolest months the temperature of the water is kept around 24 degrees Celsius.
*Please note: the pool heating can be switched on at an extra cost of 210 EUR per week. It will raise the temperature by 6 degrees Celcius above ambient temperature.
Town centre is just around the corner while the closest beach is reachable within few minutes’ drive.
