On the ground floor there is a fourth bedroom with king size, air conditioning, TV, access to the garden and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The open plan living areas open out onto the huge terrace which leads to the pool area and feature comfortable sofas, a large TV with satellite channels, fireplace and a dining area for 8 people, there is also a breakfast bar seating 3 people leading to the kitchen.

The villa also features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances such as a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc, as well as laundry facilities including a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Finally, there is air conditioning, central heating and Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
