This charming and sophisticated property is part of a 4-villa complex, it develops on two levels giving a possibility of interior autonomy. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
The magical complex has been designed to assure privacy and intimity, fully refurbished in 2015 has kept its own traditional Cycladic architecture, white-washed curved walls, wooden ceiling and stairs, marble floors, built-in furniture with a stunning view over the sea surrounded by a breathtaking scenery.
On the ground floor you will find a very spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining space, a lovely living area with fireplace and French doors and a full bath with shower.
The main kitchen is very spacious and equipped with all modern appliances and accessories including kitchenware and tableware.
All the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor. Two en-suite bedrooms with queen size bed and French doors opening to the balcony with the best sea view, an extra-large double bedroom with French doors overlooking the backyard and a spacious bathroom with bathtub.
The outdoor area is surrounded by rocky hills and Mediterranean vegetation and can accommodate a large number of guests multilevel lounging and dining area. Multiple sitting areas in the front of the villa, to all which guests have access to, are designed, so that guests can break off into small groups and enjoy their own private space with a feeling of exterior independence enjoying panoramic sea and sunset views.
Mykonos is only few minutes away by car where you will be able to enjoy its vibrant and cosmopolitan night-life. The glamorous beach of Psarou is only 4 minutes’ drive, despite been so close to the city center you will still be delighted from the peace and placidity of this area.
