Maisonette Kalo Livadi is a newly built house located at Kalo Livadi, only two minutes drive to the beach and 5 minutes drive to Ano Mera where you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, an ATM machine, a gas station and many taverns in the main local square. Also a visit of the charming old 18th century Monastery of Panagia Tourliani is a must.
Kalo Livadi is considered as one of the best and longest beaches of Mykonos with restaurants, beach clubs, sun beds, and various water sports and it is also one of the most favorite destinations of various celebrities.
The house is characterized by a perfect mix of modern and typical Cycladic style, it develops on two levels with separate entrance to ensure independence to the guests.
Maisonette Kalo Livadi can accommodate up to 6 people, having one double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa that opens into a double bed.
On the top floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace with a beautiful sea view, a full bathroom with toilet and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, a living room with a sofa that opens into a double bed, TV and dvd player.
Outside, there are large terraces, a private pool, a covered pergola with a dining table for six and lounge chairs where you can sit, relax and enjoy the panoramic view over Kalo Livadi bay.
On the ground floor, there is the other bedroom, with king size bed that can be turned into two twin beds, a full bathroom with toilet and shower enclosure, a kitchenette with a dining table for two, TV and a private terrace with anamazing sea view. The house offers all kind of comforts for a relaxing stay, it is fully air-conditioned, both floors are provided with security alarm, Wi-Fi etc.
