This breathtaking property is part of 8-property complex, located on a wonderful hill corner in Santa Maria, overlooking the fantastic view over the sea.

Sand Villa 1 is spread over two floor and it offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fantastic outdoor with a plunge pool and it can accommodate up to 10 people in best comfort. (8 adults and 2 children, who can sleep on sofas in the living room).

The outdoor is simply terrific:
a panoramic plunge pool equipped with sunbeds all around it, as well as various sitting areas, including outdoor sofas and armchairs, a dining table with chairs and much more, all framed into one of the best spot of this island.

As you enter the villa, you will soon be welcomed by its large and airy open plan living room, complete of a large sofa, TV, desk for a laptop use, a large dining table with chairs, and easy access to the outdoor terrace.

The kitchen is modern and complete of more than the necessary in order to prepare home cooked meals or to get an in-house chef for a memorable dinner with family or friends.

On this very level, guests will find, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a guests toilet.

Moving on to the lower level, there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, divided by a decorative bamboo wall. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom and have access to the outdoor veranda.
