Maison Sirenide is an elegant and refined apartment, recently renovated completely is located in a lovely building just five minute walk from the central Piazza Tasso, the heart of Sorrento.
The apartment, extremely comfortable, is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and parking and is the result of a careful selection of fine furnishings chosen with great skill and passion as evidenced by the photos.
The structure, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, is very spacious and bright and consists of: 2 double bedrooms both with private bathroom (with shower), large living room with sofa, armchairs, dining table and TV of the latest generation , a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and all kinds of crockery and cooking utensils)
In addition, the apartment also has a very nice furnished terrace where guests can further relax to enjoy the cool of the evening.

Neighborhood and transport
Sorrento offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-in starting from 15.00. Check-out by 10.00 am.
For arrivals after 21:00 € 25 charge; after 11pm: € 50
Prices are inclusive of A/C, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, 1 set of bath towels per person per stay and bed linens for 1 week.
Extra costs to be paid on arrival:
A cash refundable deposit of 500 Euros will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
Final cleaning: € 100,00.
Tourist tax: € 4.00 per day per person (from 18 years onwards).
If the rules of the house are ignored, some penalties will be applied according to specific cases
