A very elegant villa just outside the beautiful city of Lucca, Villa La Fattoria is a 17-century property completely restored surrounded by over 55 hectares of land with olive groves, trees and beautiful walking pats.
Thanks to its position the villa is perfect for families or group of friends wishing to visit the beautiful locations of Tuscany and also Liguria, just 8 km outside Lucca, and about 40 minutes to the Tuscan Coastline
Versilia with for the dei Marmi, day trips to Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terra are very easy to make, also shops are 5 minutes away and a restaurant is within walking distance.

The large private garden over 300 sqm which is full of roses, lavender and rosemary, feature a private swimming pool of 12x6 mt. equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, a shaded area with sofas and tea table
where to enjoy a glass of wine, and another covered area with table chars for 12 people, and stone barbecue for al fresco meals.
The property also has a private family chapel and large parking area for 5 cars.
Villa La Fattoria on its interiors has elegant and modern equipment in order to offer its guest the best of comfort, owner was very careful in mixing the modern furniture with the antique a rustic tradition of the property.
It develops in two floors and cover a total of 480 sqm.
Ground Floor: large entrance, spacious and bright living room with a working fire place, a Sat. TV with DVD, and French doors opens to the garden, dining room with wooden table for 12, eat in fully equipped kitchen
facing the courtyard with the barbecue area, kitchen is equipped with stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso make, fridge and freezer.
Still at the ground floor there is a twin bedrooms (bed can become double) with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Laundry room with wash and dryer, and a guest bathroom.
First Floor: second sitting area with view of garden and pool.
Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; 4 additional double bedrooms, in each room guest can decide if have two singles or a double, two bathrooms both with shower and double sinks.
Upon request two extra single beds for teens can be added.

Bike rentals can be arranged in advance of your stay. Please inquire for the bike delivery at the villa.
