This is a 300 years old Spanish original estate, although recently renovated it still holding its unique traditional style.
The marvelouse villa offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an infinity private pool and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
Despite being a semi-detached property you will experience total privacy and indipendency.
Its interior is tastafully decorated keeping the original Mallorcan style wih wooden ceilings and stone walls along with a super modern kitchen and ambience.
All the bedrooms feature air conditioning and en-suite facilities, finely furnished, are extremely comfortable and elegant at the same time. You will find WI-FI throughout the whole property and satellite TV is offered.
On the entrance level you will find an old olive tree on the patio that welcomes you, its fully equipped super modern kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the upper bedroom and roof terrace offer the best view from the top over Pollensa bay and land inwards to the beautiful Puig de Maria and Puig de Major.
The pool area located on the shady natural stone terrace, features sun lounges and sitting area for you to enjoy the sun and the breathtaking view over the Tramuntana mountains.
Town center, with its over 13 fantastic restaurants, many bars and shops, and the beach are literally minutes away, reachable on foot, the golf course is just around the corner. Everything is close to hand making your movemeny easier and faster.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, final settlement within 60 days prior to arrival.

Minimum stay: 1 week with arrival only on Saturdays.
For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay. Bedding can be arranged at an additional fee.
Extra costs to be paid upon arrival:
When booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
Credit card details are required for the damage refundable deposit, the amount of which is property related and it will be put on hold 12 days prior to the arrival.
