This beautiful estate is a lovely and cosy townhouse with the view over the historical town of Pollensa, north Mallorca, with its 2 bedrooms an 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to 4 people.
Maison Pedregosa has been recently refurbished to the highest standard, all in white from floor to ceiling with modern appliances and the best quality furniture, contemporary and luxurious at the same time, will make you feel at home even on vacation.
This property is a 2-storey house constructed from traditional Mallorcan stone giving a warm welcoming feeling.
On the ground level, there is a lovely terrace garden with the best view over the Tramuntana Mountains, entering the property you will find its fantastic living room of course finely furbished with high quality materials and a particular style.
The super modern kitchen is all equipped with the latest appliances among which you will find a microwave, oven, grill, a toaster and features a lovely dining table with chairs for you to enjoy homemade cooked meals or alternatively if you wish you could also benefit from the outdoor terrace for an al fresco meal.
On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the master-one features a large wardrobe, a writing bureau and has easy access onto the terrace which also leads to the garden.
The second bedroom offers twin beds with en-suite bathrooms with shower over the bath.
Both bedrooms are finely decorated, white predominates: walls, ceilings and furniture, with little touches of wooden, stones and splashes of color that makes all more lively and joyful.

This wonderful island offers a lively nightlife and many historical and natural attractions to meet the needs of millions of tourists who crowd this island every year.
On the island there are stone villages, art galleries and music festivals, all surrounded by hills full of citrus groves.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 7 nights (from June to September with arrival only on Saturdays).
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

Credit card details are required for the damage refundable deposit, the amount of which is property related and it will be put on hold 12 days prior to the arrival.
