Villa Giorgia is located in the village of Nerano, a small seaside village in the city of Massa Lubrense, which is located on the extreme tip of the Sorrento Peninsula and overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, on the same side of the Amalfi Coast.
Nerano's beach faces onto the bay of Marina del Cantone, the rocky seabed and transparent waters of which make it a well-established favorite among scuba divers.
The villa is spread over several levels and can accommodate up to 16 people and consists of 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, 5 ring hob, oven and dishwasher.
There are also a microwave, toaster, ice maker and kettle. The kitchen leads to the dining area, where there are two large tables and chairs that can accommodate up to 20 guests.
The villa has a large private outdoor area, with a beautiful swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue, a pizza oven and an outdoor kitchen; ideal for enjoying delicious Italian food and spending your time with family and friends.
Upstairs there is a wonderful sun terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers and cool off using the outdoor shower.
The position of the villa ensures privacy and comfort and the opportunity of enjoying the amazing sea views from the garden, all the outdoor spaces and the large roof terrace.

Services includes in the price:
Water, gas, electricity up to 350 kw/h (additional usage will be charged), final cleaning, middle week change of linen and change of towels, house maid cost for 3 hours a day, 6 days a week (Monday- Saturday), parking, wifi.
The price doesn't include: electricity (Excess of 350 KW will be paid locally at a cost of € 0.50 per kw/h), Local Tourist tax payable locally in cash €2 per person, per night.
