The villa is surrounded by a private garden of over 300 square meters, made of grass, with a paved section where is located the private swimming pool 7x4 mt. depth 1.20 mt. equipped with sun beds and umbrellas; there is a covered patio next to the house with a large table and chairs, for organize dinners or lunch, guest have also access to the built in Barbecue.
Villa Ciottolina inside is about 90 square meters and features a bright living area equipped with sofas TV, fire place, a dining corner with table and chairs and an equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer coffee maker etc. in the living room is possible to set two single bed. There are 3 double bedrooms all with a double bed, and two full bathrooms with shower.

The villa is located in the country side in a peaceful location, the nearest towns are Matino or Casarano about 4 km away, these town are offering all services needed, such as supermarket, bank, post office, etc etc.; The coast is about 12 km from the villa, guest can either find equipped lidos where to rent sun beds and umbrella and free beaches; Gallipoli 12 km; Natural reserve of Punta Pizzo 13 km; Torre san Giovanni 17 km; Porto Cesareo 40 km; Punta Prosciutto 52 km; Otranto 48 km; Lecce (airport) 49 km; Brindisi (airport) 87 km.
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.

Security deposit (Refundable):
250 Euro that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
