Villa Torre Suda, is a wonderful property in Salento walking distance to a cozy town which offers all services needed, same as for the wonderful sandy and rocky beaches of Apulia which can be reached in about 5 minutes’ drive.
the villa has a wonderful outside private area which surrounds the property full of palms, it features a private swimming pool 10x4 mt. depth 1.40 mt. a marble sun lounges with thick mattresses area all around the pool, there is also a gazebo with marble table and benches, there is a barbecue which makes easy to organize al fresco meals it the large garden.
The property is develops in two floors and it appear as a tower from the outside, made of a characteristic stone building of Apulia, the entrance leads to a bright open space that features living room with sofa, dining corner and an equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher.
There are three double bedrooms in the villa two with double beds and one with two single beds. Every room has its own bathroom with shower. In every bedroom is also possible to add one single bed each (single beds are on extra price per night). There is one additional bathroom in the hall.
The villa has air conditioning, internet wifi, barbecue, private parking, washing machine and dish washer.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 3 nights in mid al low season 7 nights in high season with changeover on Saturday

Security deposit (Refundable):
500 Euro that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
