Designed for families seeking a relaxing Costa Brava getaway, the villa offers everything you need to feel completely at home.
The villa has a generous 1,034 m² garden that surround the property, and it features private 10x4 m swimming pool, complete with a shallow section perfect for children, from the pool area is also a wonderful sea view, next to the building there is also a covered patio equipped with table chair and stone barbecue for al fresco meals.
Villa Lucita on its interiors covers over 200 m² of living space and develops in different levels, On the ground floor, a bright and inviting living room welcomes you with a stylish black leather sofa, a 42" satellite TV, and a DVD player. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, featuring cutlery, cookware, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwashe. This floor also includes a convenient guest toilet and a cozy bedroom with bunk beds (90x190 cm).
Upstairs, the master suite offers a double bed (150x190 cm), a sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub for ultimate relaxation. This floor also features another double bedroom (135x190 cm), a twin bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), a second full bathroom, and access to a large terrace boasting beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

Parties or events are not allowed
Noise cannot be made after 11pm or before 9am. If they receive complaints from neighbors, if the noise does not stop they will have to vacate the property without the right to any type of refund.
If the property has a private pool, a maintenance person will come 1 or 2 days a week. They should never touch the pool motor or the light box in the house.
Remember to close awnings and/or parasols when leaving the accommodation and before going to sleep, especially on windy days.
