The property is located in Port Lligat, just a 20-minute walk from the charming centre of Cadaqués.

The extensive outdoor space overlooks the bay and includes a 15m x 7.5m infinity swimming pool surrounded by teak decking, a heated Jacuzzi, a built-in barbecue, generous seating and dining areas, and a striking double-fronted outdoor fireplace. Steps from the terrace lead to the sauna and changing rooms, which can also be accessed internally.

The ground floor is Bathed in natural light, the main living area features floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows overlooking the pool and the bay.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a large Smeg oven, Siemens ovens and microwave, a Siemens steam oven, multiple Gaggenau hobs and grills, a central cooking area with a cool air curtain, a double Miele fridge and freezer, two wine storage cabinets, and two dishwashers.
This level comprises four bedrooms. The master suite features two spacious bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bath and Jacuzzi—alongside a dressing room and direct access to the pool area. Three additional en-suite bedrooms, located in both the master wing and a private wing, open onto side terraces with panoramic views of the Cap de Creus coastline.

The lower floor offers a versatile and expansive living space, enhanced by an indoor courtyard and daylight-style lighting suitable for games, entertainment, exhibitions, or teaching. A large cinema screen with satellite TV, DVD, and computer connections completes the entertainment offering.
