The villa has a modern and minimalistic style of 550m2 located in a partially fenced plot of 20.000m2. With its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a wonderful pool it can accommodate up to 10 people in the best comfort and intimacy.
The outdoor is just breathtaking with its attractive pool terrace, all equipped with sunbeds, sun umbrellas, table and chairs for fantastic al fresco meals and the best panorama just in front of you!
As you enter the property you will be welcomed by its airy and bright living room that offers a large L shape sofa facing the endless horizon thanks to its wonderful floor to ceilings French windows.
Behind the sofa there is a huge dining table and the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with high quality appliances.
Villa Almaty offers also a laundry room all equipped with the best machinery.

Location: Villa Almaty is close to the village of San Jose, where you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, shops and many other.
Cala Tarida beach or Cala Moli are only 8-10min away and other beaches like Cala Carbó or Cala d’Hort are only 13-15min away.
The Ibiza airport is about 15min away by car

Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 20:00): € 100 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 6000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Included in price: Electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance and swimming pool. One cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every week.
Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per booking, reservations fee € 30 per booking.
Final cleaning: € 250 to pay upon arrival
