Villa Beleza has 4 bedrooms, one has air conditioning and tv, all of them has en-suite bathrooms: two are on the ground floor, the others two are on the lower floor, it can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

- Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
- In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
