The Villa accomodate 10 adults and 2 kids, one Master Room (37sqm) with king size bed and four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower. The last bedroom, for chidren, is located on the lower floor, with two twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
The sliding glass doors in the living room let in a beautiful natural light and a wonderful view of the outside, a big open space also for the dining area and the kitchen.
On the lower floor the cinema room, laundry and shower room.
The big grass garden surrounds the rectangular pool 18x4 mt, the solarium deck with sunbeds and umbrellas, a covered dining area with table and chairs.
The propery, completed fenced, includes also 3 car spaces

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval

Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
