1 double bedroom with 2 twin beds (that can be joined), air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower.
First level:

No refund of full reservation amount if cancellation is made 59 days before arrival or in case of no-show. Rental rules:
Included in the price: electricity, water and gas expenses, maintenance of garden and pool, 1 cleaning service upon departure and also during the stay for the rentals of minimum 2 weeks.
Sheets and bath towels included. Laundry change during the stay for the rentals of minimum 2 weeks.
Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, reservations fee € 30.
Final cleaning: €250 to pay upon arrival
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
