Villa Ester is a modern property with a beautiful sea view on Cala tarida, this residential area is really quiet for a relaxing holiday.
Surrounded by a beautiful garden and a sun deck ,the 12x5 mt private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas to enjoy the sunsets, a chill area with BBQ and outdoor fridge.
The Villa is developed on two levels, on the main level the very bright living room with large sliding glass doors, TV , sofas and the fireplace. A dining area with the open full equipped kitchen, at this floor there are also 2 double bedrooms,with TV, one with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
On the lower level other 2 bedrooms with the direct access to the garden, TV, en-suite bathroom and double bed. The last two bedrooms with indipendent access from the garden level has double bed and en-suite bathroom, TV.
The property is completed fenced.

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
