On the second floor there is a large living room with Astra Satellite TV, sofas, Sonos sound system, other sofas and dining table for 8-10 people, a large fully equipped kitchen with gas kitchen, extractor, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with double freezer, air-conditioned wine rack, fruit squeezer, Nespresso machine, mixer, toaster, water heater.

There is also a laundry room at the back of the kitchen with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a guest bathroom.
