Villa Gomez is located in a quiet residential area, on a hill near the beach of Cala Tarida that is 2.7 km away. Other beaches of the west coast such as Cala Moli, Cala Vadella, Cala Carbo, Cala d'Hort, Cala Conta, are within driving distance (between 5 and 15 minutes), while the village of San Jose, where you'll find all kind of shops and services is a 6-minute drive.
This villa is 300 m2 large, enclosed in a 1.200 m2 plot and it has been renovated in 2016, with high quality furniture.
On the ground floor we find the entrance hall with dressing, the dining room, living room with fireplace and a large kitchen equipped with modern appliances, such as: induction Smeg cooker, large refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine and a coffee maker, dishwasher and many other devices.
There is also 1 guest toilet.
On the first level we find 3 double bedrooms: 1 double room with a bed of 2.00 x 1.60,
1 bathroom with shower and another double room with a bed of 2.00 x 1.60 and en suite bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there are other two bedrooms:
The master suite, with a king size bed (2.00 x 1.80), en suite bathroom with shower and a large terrace with outdoor shower; and 1 double bedroom (2nd master suite) with a king size bed (2.00 x 1.80) en suite bathroom with shower and terrace.
Finally, there is a fifth independent double bedrooms with king size bed (2.00 x 1.80) and en suite bathroom with shower.
Outside the villa boasts two covered outdoor lounge areas overlooking the pool.
A beautiful outdoor kitchen covered with a wooden veranda with professional barbecue, sink, two fridges, crockery, big table and outdoor bar.
Furthermore, the infinity pool (11 x 5 m.) heated on request during the colder months, a
terrace furnished with sun loungers and chairs and an outside toilet.
Beautiful garden, very well kept with typical Mediterranean plants.
Small chill out area with sandy beach and two Puff and a parasol.
Plot 100% fenced.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.
A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, the remaining balance has to be paid within 60 days prior to arrival date.
Extras with charges: Extra cleaning, extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per day, reservations fee € 30.
Final cleaning: € 250 to pay upon arrival
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check in: From 15:00 - Check out: Within 10:00 (Late arrival, after 8:00 pm € 100).
Security Deposit: € 6.000 it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card).
