Nestled in the heart of Ibiza’s countryside near San Carlos, Villa Hormigo is a beautifully restored traditional Ibicencan finca offering stunning sea views and complete privacy. Lovingly renovated in recent years, the villa blends modern comfort and technology with the authentic charm of rural Ibiza.
The property is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds with sweeping sea views. Guests can enjoy the signature infinity pool, a large lawn area, aromatic herb gardens and several shaded relaxation spots with hammocks and lounge seating.
Outdoor living is central to the experience, with a spacious dining area ideal for al fresco meals. Children will enjoy the treehouse and large safe lawn, which can also be used as a football field.
The 70 m² yoga deck with sunset views provides the perfect setting for private sessions, while the on-site gym allows guests to stay active during their stay. The Garden Chiringuito Bar and Rustic Disco area can also be used for private celebrations.
The villa accommodates up to 24 guests across 12 bedrooms, including five independent suites.
The main house includes five bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an additional prep kitchen, an elegant dining room with garden and sea views, and two comfortable outdoor lounges on a large private terrace perfect for sunset relaxation.
The separate two-bedroom annex offers a kitchen, open-plan living area, shared bathroom and private terrace.
A gym and a dedicated yoga space have also been added to enhance guests’ wellness experience.

Villa Hormigo is ideally located in the peaceful countryside of Ibiza near the charming village of San Carlos, just 5 minutes away. Some of the island’s most beautiful beaches, including Cala Nova, Cala Llenya, Aguas Blancas and Cala San Vicente, are a short drive from the property.
Ibiza International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, while Ibiza Town can be reached in 20–25 minutes.
