Villa Lantana is a charming and bright 3-bedroom villa designed in traditional Ibizan style and fully renovated in 2019. Located within the exclusive and secure residential community of Roca Llisa, the property offers a peaceful and private setting surrounded by nature.
The villa features a beautiful landscaped garden, a private swimming pool, a barbecue area and several inviting terraces overlooking the pool, creating the perfect environment for relaxing days under the Mediterranean sun.
The villa’s garden provides a tranquil setting to unwind and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The private swimming pool (8 x 4 m – depth: 1.25 m to 1.85 m) is perfect for cooling off on warm summer days.
The terrace includes a barbecue area ideal for al fresco dining, while the different terraces around the house offer pleasant views of the pool and garden.
The interior spaces offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere with tasteful décor and plenty of natural light. The living room and dining area provide comfortable spaces to relax and spend quality time together.
The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to easily prepare meals, which can be enjoyed either indoors or outside on the terrace overlooking the pool. The interiors combine traditional Ibizan charm with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Room 1: with direct access to the terrace, features two single beds that can be configured as a double bed. Private bathroom with bathtub and double washbasins. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Room 2: with direct access to the terrace, includes single beds that can be arranged as a double bed if required. Shared bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Room 3: with direct access to a private terrace area. It features twin beds that can be configured as a double bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.

Villa Lantana enjoys a prime location within the exclusive gated community of Roca Llisa, which offers 24-hour security and a peaceful environment.
The Ibiza Golf Course is just 5 minutes away, while Ibiza Town is only 10 km from the villa. There you can explore the charming marina, discover the historic old town of Dalt Vila, or enjoy the many boutiques, restaurants and cafés.
Several beautiful beaches are also within easy reach by car, including Cala Llonga and Cala Olivera, allowing you to experience some of Ibiza’s most scenic coastal spots.
