Villa Stylish is located on a hilltop only 250 meters from the sea and from here you can enjoy stunning views over the sea and Es Vedra.
This exclusive property is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the beaches of Cala Conta and the village of San Jose. Some of Ibiza's best beaches are just a few minutes walk or drive.
Inside the villa features a bright and spacious open plan area where are the lounge and kitchen.
The lounge is equipped with large comfortable sofas, TV and huge windows which open out onto the main terrace leading to the pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar and all modern appliances.
All areas are air conditioned and have access to Wi-Fi.
Outside this villa boasts a huge terrace that leads to a beautiful pool (13 x 3.5 meters) and sun bathing area where you can enjoy breathtaking views. There are sun loungers and parasols on all terraces and there is also an outdoor dining area.
Security is guaranteed by 10 professional cameras that cover the entire outside area and the gated entrance from the street and thanks to this system clients can keep under control the villa from home but also if they are out.
Villa Stylish is 295 m2 large and it consists of 6 double bedrooms, 2 of them in the guest house. All bedrooms in the main house are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers. The two guest rooms in the guest house share one bathroom.
On the first floor we find the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view over the sea and Es Vedra. It has a free-standing bath tub, a walk-in shower, lots of storage and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor there are: the orange guest room that has direct access to the pool terrace with views to the sea and Es Vedra and the blue guest room that is adjacent to the orange bedroom and is facing the garden. It is spacious and has a large bathroom with walk-in shower.
The black guest room is located closest to the kitchen and the living room, next to a study that is equipped with a small office desk and an iMac computer that is available for all guests. This room also has a spacious bathroom.
Two more double guest rooms are located in the guest house and share one bathroom. The guest house is located in the quiet part of the garden and is ideal for those guests that return late at night or early in the morning to the villa without disturbing the other guests in the main house.
Villa Stylish is the ideal solution for families, thanks to its almost flat, safe, beautiful green garden, surrounded by a high natural fence and children can easily be supervised around the entire plot and the pool area.

A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, the remaining balance has to be paid within 60 days prior to arrival date.
4 hours daily cleaning + 3 hours daily outdoor maintenance included in the rental price.
