Located in the quiet area of Es Cubells, a small town on the edge of the cliff it’s a very exclusive spot in the Island.

The Villa is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with the family and friends, its private outdoor area include a garden, a spacious terrace, where you’ll find the pool with sunbeds , sofas and a beautiful Jacuzzi for a perfect apertivie with friends and a great sea view.
Just few steps there is large a covered loggia for the dining outside, a big table, a summer bar with basin, and the barbecue.
From the terrace we move inside the bright living room , with an oriental taste and design furnitures, the TV, a dining area with table and chairs, open to this space also the fully equipped kitchen with high island for breakfast.
The house is developed on three floors, with a beautiful sea view from the panoramic balconies, it can accommodate 10 person with 5 bedroom and 5 bathrooms, the Master Room with TV and sea view en-suite bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. One guest toilet is also available.
On the lower floor a cinema room with large sofas.
A Gym area is available directly on the sea view balcony, at the upper level, the best place to train and enjoy the free time after a beach day.
At Villa Verner you will find the Wi-fi connection, air conditioning, safe box, the parking, a beautiful roof terrace with sun beds and fire-pit, for unforgettable sunsets.
