Villa Meridiana

The villa is in a wonderful location, only 10 km from Menaggio in Lake Como, and has a direct access to the public beach. There are 2500 sqm of garden and terraces with wonderful Lake view, in one of the largest terrace there is a Swimming pool (5x3 mt) it can be heated upon request and also closed with a glass cover permitting to stay into the pool and keep admire the wonderful view. There is also an equipped area with table and chair were to enjoy al fresco meals. Behind the villa there is a parking area with a space of 4 cars.
Behind Villa Meridiana is the Museum of the ancient boats of the lakes, on its left is a small boat yard, on its right is the beach, while the statal road is behind the museum. A village with all services (restaurant, shops, bank, post office etc.) is about 600 meters from the property.

Please note that: A pedestrian path runs along the shore between the lake and the property. For this reason privacy on the terrace could be limited specially during July and August. We're not talking thousands. The lakefront has public access. This is not an isolated property.

Villa Meridiana with its spacious and brightly decorated interior is the ideal holiday home for large parties. It consists of two floors each of 300 sqm.
Ground floor: large and very bright living room with sofas, Sat. TV, DVD, and desk with PC, Internet wifi, printer and scanner, and stereo. Large French doors leading to a wonderful and panoramic terrace; large dining room a fully equipped kitchen, and game room for kids, in the floor there are 2 and half bathrooms and one bathroom with handicap access.
First floor: 5 double bedrooms (no possible to become singles) all with ensuite bathroom; one twin room with Air conditioning and bathroom with shower. Two extra single rooms (these two single have not air conditioning).
The 5 double bedrooms have air conditioning, one of the 5 bedrooms has a direct access to a panoramic terrace. All bathrooms are with showers.
