Villa Eagle is an elegant property overlooking the Lake Maggiore, wonderful panoramic position close to the little hamlet of Magognino which offes some basic services such as restaurants, bar, post office and grocery, also guest with short drive can reach Belgirate or the famous town of Stresa probably the most famous town of the Lake, full of shops, restaurants, bar, there is also a ferry station to reach the marvelous Borromeo Islands, and the train station connect the town to Milan central station.
The beautiful private garden that completely surround the villa offer some of most wonderful views of the Lake and the mountains above! It is composed by palm trees and lacustrine essences, there is a wonderful infinity swimming pool of 14x5 mt. facing the Lake water, which creates the feel if swimming into the lake, it is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas; the garden offers different angle of relax equipped with garden furniture so guest can enjoy the marvelous view tasting a glass of wine. Guest will have at their disposal a stone barbecue and an equipped covered area with table and chair where to enjoy al fresco meals. There is a garage with remote control for up to 3 cars
Villa Eagle develops in two floors for a total of 350 sqm. it was recently renewed; the upper floor features a large and very bright living room equipped with elegant sofas, fire place and TV LCD; the room has also a dining angle with large table with chairs, a separate very well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. the kitchen has a direct access to the outside equipped terrace. In this floor, there are also two double bedrooms with lake view, and a third bedroom with two single beds, complete the floor two bathrooms one with shower and one with tub; The bedrooms have air conditioning.
The lowest floor there is a second living area with a large wooden table and little kitchenette; one bedroom with a double bed and one with two singles, one bathroom with shower; a laundry room with washing machine and a dryer.

The villa is located in the little village of Magognino the town offers some basic services such restaurants, bar, post office, grocery, a bigger town called Belgirate is 3.5 km from the villa and has all services needed. The famous town of Stresa is 5.5 km away it is a wonderful town with its narrow streets full of shops, restaurants and bar, here is also possible to take the ferry for visiting the Borromeo Islands. In Stresa there is also a train station connecting to Milan (87 km away), it is perfect for day trip to the big city with its fashion streets for shopping or simply for sightseeing.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Refundable deposit:
A cash refundable deposit of 1500.00 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
