Villa Future is a new built villa located on the hill side of the famous town of Stresa overlooking the Lake with the Borromeo islands just in front of her! The town is only 1.5 km away with its narrow little streets full of restaurants cafés, in Stresa guest can use the ferry for excursion to the islands or also for reach the other wonderful destination of the lake shore. There is also a train station in town which takes directly to Milan central station perfect for a day trip to the city for high quality shopping or simply for sightseeing.
This luxury villa is surrounded by over 1000 sqm of garden with English grass, natural trees and lavender, a wonderful infinity swimming pool 14x4.5 mt. overlooking the lake, The pool water has no chlorine thanks to an innovative active oxygen treatment by the Dryden Aqua System, to swim in the pool make you feel you are connected to the water lake, there are stone sits inside the pool so guest can admire the amazing view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The pool is equipped with luxury sun beds. There is also an equipped area with table charis and weber barbecue where to organize al fresco meals.
This enchanting luxury villa spread into two floors of a total of 400 sqm; created to offer its guest the most comfort possible with some finest modern appliances which will make its guest fell at home away from home.
At the ground floor the entrance leads to a wonderful and very bright open space which includes the living with the sofa, 55” TV LED, dining angle with spacious table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen island with all appliances needed and, electric top, oven, microware etc. this floor also feature the night section of the villa to each side of the living area. On one side, there are two double bedrooms each with its own walk in wardrobe and bathroom both rooms overlooking the lake; on the other side there is one bedroom with two single beds, walk in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower, complete the night area the master bedroom with a double bed, walk in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower, this room offer plenty of light thanks to a large windows overlooking the pool area and the lake as well.
The floor downstairs feature a large table with chairs for 10, and the private home cinema with comfy couch and home cinema system with Bose sound system. There is also a bathroom with tub and laundry; the garage is over 100 sqm and can host up to 4 regular size cars.

Location and distances:
The villa is only 1.5 km from the wonderful town of Stresa which offset all services needed including the ferry service for the Borromeo islands or other destinations around the lake, and the train station takes to Milan which is 90 km away from the villa.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Refundable deposit:
A cash refundable deposit of 2000.00 Euros (payable by bank transfer to the owner) is required upon arrival and will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
