Welcome to Villa Aisha, an elegant retreat in Marrakech where contemporary luxury blends seamlessly with authentic Moroccan style. Ideally located near the city centre and the renowned Amelkis Golf Club, this private and secure villa offers a peaceful escape with premium amenities.

The outdoor spaces offer a true oasis of relaxation. The landscaped garden features a superb heated swimming pool (13 x 3.5 m; depth: 1–1.4 m), a shallow section ensures added safety for children. The shaded patio, covered with a velum, has been arranged as a comfortable lounge area, perfect for relaxing during the day. Upstairs, the charming “Beldi” terrace creates a magical setting for evenings under the stars, ideal for unforgettable moments.

The villa’s interiors are designed with both style and comfort in mind. Spacious and light-filled living areas include an inviting lounge and an elegant dining room, all tastefully decorated with a refined mix of contemporary design and subtle Moroccan influences. The warm and welcoming ambiance makes it easy to relax and unwind. The dining area is perfect for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a seamless culinary experience.

There are total of 5 bedrooms in the villa 3 at the ground floor and two on the first floor
the master bedroom feature 180 cm bed private shower room, safe, AC dressing room and private terrace; the other two have same layout a 160 cm double bled, private bathroom, AC and dressing room. The last two bedrooms have 180 cm double beds, private bathrooms, AC, safe dressing room and private terraces

Staff & Services
To enhance your stay, two dining options are available:
“À la carte” option: Enjoy a hassle-free experience as the house takes care of grocery shopping and meal preparation.
From €30 per person for half board (breakfast + lunch or breakfast + dinner).
Children under 10 benefit from a 50% discount with a dedicated children’s menu.
Free for children under 3.
“En liberté” option: You cover the cost of groceries (plus €15 for shopping service), while the house staff prepares your meals using your selected ingredients.
Cooking and service: €80 per day.
The cook is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
