Villa Fatima is a luxury rental property just outside the city of Marrakech, the city center is less than 10 kilometers away. This amazing proeprty is set just in front of a luxury gulf club in an exlusive location perfect for relax and enjoy the country side of this magnificent region.
The villa has a stunning outdoor garden of over 1200 square meters which overlook the gulf club, guest will enjoy the exclusive use of the swimming pool which is 20 metres log and depth 1.60, it can also be heated with an additional fee. The outdoor also feature an equipped area with table, chair and BBQ where to organize al fresco meals.
The interiors of Villa Fatima cover 600 square meters of luxury and elegance and develop in two levels. The entrance leads to a large and bright living area equipped with sofas, fire place and dining corner with table and chair, the living has a big french doors leading to the pool area; there is a fully equipped kitchen as well. The bedrooms are spread in the two floors; there are total of four bedrooms each bedroom has its own bathroom three are with shower one with bath tub, there is TV in each room, air conditioning and a balcony. Complete the property a private GYM.

• "Freedom" option: You pay for the groceries (plus a supplement starting at 150 MAD for transportation). The house staff will do the shopping and cook using the purchased ingredients.
