The villa is surrounded by charming and thoughtfully designed outdoor areas. A picturesque driveway lined with orange trees and bougainvillea leads to the entrance, parking area, and open garage.
Guests can enjoy a lush garden, a large swimming pool (17m x 6m, depth ranging from 20 cm to 1.8 m), pool can be heated on request at extra price; and a spacious terrace furnished with sun loungers. A covered outdoor area with a bar and dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco gatherings.
At the rear of the property, a beautiful olive grove enhances the peaceful and authentic atmosphere.
The villa welcomes guests through an elegant entrance with a cloakroom that opens onto a garden, creating a serene first impression. The spacious living room, complete with a TV and fireplace, flows into a dining area overlooking the garden and pool. The fully equipped kitchen enjoys views of the olive grove.
On the ground floor, you will also find three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms (including a large central bathroom), and a traditional hammam for moments of relaxation.
Upstairs, four beautifully appointed suites each feature a double bed, private bathroom, and WC. Two of these suites also benefit from bathtubs and terraces with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. A large office space on this level can easily be transformed into a yoga or wellness area.
