A large swimming pool (20 x 6 m, depth 1.4 m), which can be heated for an additional fee, invites refreshing swims, while the 200 m² pool house ensures comfort and convenience throughout the day.
Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the high-quality padel court along with facilities for football, table tennis, and pétanque.
Equestrian lovers will appreciate the on-site stables and riding arena, with horse-related activities available on request.

The villa features 9 spacious suites, 5 are with a double beds 180 cm, and the other 4 can be either arranged as twins or double. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, AC unit, safe, dressing room, direct access to the outdoor, two of the bedrooms also feature a fireplace.
