Moreover is just ten minutes driving distance from the wonderful town of Mahon. Recently 3 additional bedrooms were added in an adjacent building (total 13 bedrooms) but sill the common enviroments are so large that warrant space and comfort to all guests, especially the dining tables have 16-18 places.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

A security deposit of 4.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
