Villa Alaior is an exceptional 19th-century manor house, meticulously restored to offer a sophisticated retreat in the heart of Menorca. The grounds are a true sanctuary. Terraced gardens unfold around a striking swimming pool (8.4 x 2.5 m), formerly a traditional water reservoir, now reimagined with style. The pool is fenced and secured with a coded gate.
Mature carob trees, lavender and fruit trees create a serene Mediterranean landscape. A shaded pergola terrace offers the perfect setting for al fresco dining and sunset aperitifs. Leisure equipment includes volleyball, badminton, boules, table tennis and beach essentials. Parking for 2–3 cars is available.
The interiors showcase a refined blend of original stonework and exposed beams with carefully curated contemporary finishes. Expansive glass openings invite natural light while seamlessly extending the living spaces onto the terrace. The main living area features a lounge with fireplace, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space for up to 10 guests.
