La Terrazza is a luxury penthouse located on the third and fourth floor of an old building with lift in the heart of Catania's historic center. The apartment features large terraces offering beautiful views of Mount Etna and Piazza Duomo with its Elephant's fountain, symbol of the city. Thanks to its central position guests can easily reach on foot the shops in Via Etnea, the traditional fish market, the lively bars on the baroque Via Crociferi, as well as all the monuments, churches and tourist attractions of this city of art.
The apartment is tastefully furnished, it is characterized by cozy and stylish interiors, decorated with great attention to detail and equipped with all mod cons. The large entrance leads to a bright living room, two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms; while on the upper floor we find the kitchen and a guest bathroom. All rooms have access to the terraces.
This penthouse is provided with internet Wi-Fi, iPod docking station, 4 televisions, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and heating.
The property is a perfect base to visit the Etna Park, the towns of Aci Trezza and Aci Castello, Taormina and Syracuse.

Cancellation Policies
If the guest cancels a reservation, the following cancellation penalties will apply:
15% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 61 days before arrival.
100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show. Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
Early departure: € 30,00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (local items), cot.
Important note: At time of booking you will be required to pay separately the tourist tax of 2.00 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 4 nights.
