The Pine House is a wonderful property located at the foot of the Etna Vulcan into a natural park surrounded by oak trees, pines and the characteristic Sicilian vegetation; the villa is a perfect retreat for those clients loving stay surrounded by nature and peace, however from the house with short drive is easy to reach some of most attractive locations of the region such as Taormina, Catania, the Ionian sea with its large beaches and crystalline sea; for the hiking lovers this property is simply perfect!
The house has a large private gated garden of over 3000 square meters, made of park and paved terraces, equipped with garden furniture such as sun lounges, arm chairs and also an outdoor shower; there is also a BBQ and table with chairs for organize al fresco meals.
The interiors of The Pine House develops in two floors and covers 120 square meters, the entrance door leads to a spacious living area with fire place, sofa and TV LCD; large kitchen fully equipped and a dining area with table and chairs, still at the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; on first floor which is partially attic, there is one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and tub, and one double bedroom with private shower room.
