The villa is in a peaceful area and has a spacious fenced outdoor space, an electric gate opens to the parking lot good for 2 regular size cars, few steps take to the covered patio set in front of the kitchen it is equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals, on the other side of the house there is a nice private pool equipped with sun beds and umbrella for shade, next to the pool there is also a bathroom.
Villa Caterina is over 120 square meters inside and is elegantly furnished in order to offer all comforts to its guests, the entrance door leads to a spacious open space consisting in a living area with sofas and flat screen TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, as said kitchen has a French door which opens to the outside covered patio.
The night section of the villa consists in a two double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
The villa has all necessary and amenities such as air conditioning, internet wifi, Barbecue, private parking, baby cot and high chair (upon request). Please note that a fine ranging from €50 to €100 will be imposed for incorrect waste disposal

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. Minimum stay: 3 nights low season, 4 night mid and high season Check-in from 3pm to 8pm; Check-out by 10.30am
Late check-in supplement: - €50.00 between 8pm and 11pm; - €100.00 between 11pm and 2am €150.00 between 02:00 and 06:00
The price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, and electricity.
