Villa Edera is a modern style villa with a private pool, located on the outskirts of Buseto Palizzolo, near Trapani in western Sicily; it is a perfect base for exploring the highlights of this agnle of Sicily by car, including Erice, Trapani, Marsala, Segesta, Gibellina, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
Nestled in a quiet residential area, the villa overlooks a beautifully maintained garden that opens onto the surrounding countryside.
The outdoor space is about 300 square meters plus 200 of paved area, it features a private swimming pool, (dimensions: 4 x 10 meters, depth: 1.20 meters throughout) and spacious sun-drenched terraces—ideal for relaxing and enjoying the open air, or outdoor meals, guest will also have BBQ at their disposal.
Built using a combination of natural and innovative materials, Villa Edera blends contemporary design with comfort and sustainability. The villa is eco-friendly, equipped with a photovoltaic system and controlled mechanical ventilation, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
Inside the villa covers over 200 square meters all in one level it offers a warm welcoming interiors that are both stylish and well-appointed. You'll find all modern conveniences, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two TVs, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, espresso and American coffee machines.
The home includes a bright living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a guest WC, and three spacious double bedrooms (bed size 160x200 cm), each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.

Cancellation Policies
If the guest cancels a reservation, the following cancellation penalties will apply:
15% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 61 days before arrival.
100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show. Minimum stay 4 nights; 7 nights from 25/07/26 to 22/08/26 and from 19/12/26 to 08/01/27
Changeover day flexible
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in on request (after 21:00 until 24:00) on request and may require additional expenses
Included in the rental price: electricity, gas and water consumption, midweek change of bath towels, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, welcome basket (breakfast items ).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Tourist tax: 1.50 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 5 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
