The villa has a spacious private outside fenced area which is partially paved, there is a private swimming pool equipped with elegant sun lounges, next to the building there is a covered patio equipped with garden sofas arm chairs and tea table where to relax, the patio also features a large dinner table with chairs where to organize al fresco meals. There is also an external bathroom with shower.
Villa Fabiana interiorly covers over 92 square meters; it has modern furniture with all amenities needed in order to offer the most comfortable stay to its guests. The entrance leads to a large open space with living area equipped with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV, table, and a fully modern equipped kitchen.
