Villa Inga is a luxury property with private pool located near Taormina. This newly built villa is immersed in a beautiful garden with lawn and boasts wide terraces, a large swimming pool (m 8 x 21) and a Jacuzzi. It consists of a main house that develops on two levels, plus an annex. The villa is characterized by contemporary, cozy interiors with large glass doors opening onto the garden and the surrounding landscape.
The ground floor consists of a living area, dining room and kitchen, a luxury suite with a double bed, in-room Jacuzzi tub and bathroom, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a fourth bathroom with shower.
The first floor, accessed through an external staircase, is composed by another living/dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a guest bathroom.
In the annex there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The villa also has a wellness area with sauna and a treadmill and several amenities, such as A/C, internet with Wi-Fi, 8 TVs, satellite receiver, 2 washing machines, dryer, 2 dishwashers, safe and BBQ.
From Villa Inga you can reach in a few minutes’ drive Taormina’s historic center and the sea. In the vicinity there are the beaches of Fondachello and Giardini Naxos, the Etna’s Park, the Alcantara gorges, the fishing villages on the Cyclops Riviera, Catania and Syracuse.

Cancellation Policies
If the guest cancels a reservation, the following cancellation penalties will apply:
15% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 61 days before arrival.
100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show. Rental rules
Minimum stay: 7 nights; (changeover day on Saturday from 20/06 to 28/08).
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 to pay on arrival, if agreed.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: air-conditioning, heating, gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, midweek change of bath towels, bed linens and pool towels, midweek cleaning of kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (6 hours), sauna, welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Pets: Not allowed.
Tourist tax: 1.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 10 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
In low and medium season the villa can be rented with 5 bedrooms without annex with a 15% discount.
