Villa Jamie is located on the slopes of the mountain in the area of Castellammare del Golfo, one km away from the city center, three km from the sandy beach of Castellammare and ten km from Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
The villa is in a complex that comprises other two properties, and from here you can enjoy beautiful views over the sea.
It has a swimming pool, outdoor showers, garden, BBQ and parking area and these facilities are shared among the guests of the three housing units.
The owners live on the ground floor of the villa and they will be at your disposal, if you want, for any advice or basic needs.
Villa Jamie features elegant interiors and offers comfortable services for the most demanding guests.
The access to the house is through an external staircase that leads from the garden directly up into the first floor.
Villa Jamie has been conceived following the utmost attention to every detail and it is composed by a large living room and a spacious kitchen overlooking the garden, with sea view, in fact from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful panorama.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one with double bed en-suite bathroom and the other two with twin beds. The other bathroom is with tub and shower.

A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Minimum stay: 5 nights, 7 nights in July and August.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linens, final cleaning and electricity. Air conditioning will be charged at 0,60 € / kwh to pay on the spot.
High chair and cot are available upon request: 15€ high chair; 30€ cot
