Cancellation Policies
If the guest cancels a reservation, the following cancellation penalties will apply:
15% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 61 days before arrival.
100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show. Minimum stay 4 nights changeover day flexible.
Arrival day: Saturday only from 20/06/26 to 29/08/26.
Check-in time is from 16:00-21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed
A security deposit of 1.000,00 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
