Villa Maia is a lovely Villa set in a residential area, just a few steps away from the beautiful Scoglio Bianco sandy beach.
What makes the villa incomparable are its outdoor spaces directly overlooking the sea with a direct access to the sea and its rocky shoreline. You can relax yourself in the jacuzzi and enjoy the sun lie down your sun loungers, listening the sound of the waves.
Villa Maia consist in a bright living room with kitchen, a master bedroom with sea view and en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower.
It extends over one level and all spaces are well-organized and it is furnished in a contemporary and elegant style.

A security deposit of 500euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
