Villa Oliveto is a charming property in Sicily located in the country side of Noto in a peaceful location surrounded by olive trees, set above a little hill it offers lovely views with se sea on the horizon, it is a perfect retreat for guest searching for peace and relax and at the same time with short drive reach some of most attractive locations of the region.
The property has a large private garden of over 3000 square meters that surround the house, made of grass and paved areas, there is a private swimming pool of 4x15 mt depth from 0.30 to 1.40 mt, with salted depuration and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and external shower.
adjacent to the house there is a covered patio equipped with garden sofas, and a second covered area with table and chairs for al fresco meals.

Cancellation Policies
If the guest cancels a reservation, the following cancellation penalties will apply:
15% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 61 days before arrival.
100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show. Minimum stay 7 nights;
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): on request and extra charge of Euro 50,00 to pay cash locally
A security deposit of 1000,00 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
