No refund of deposit paid in case of cancellation
No refund of full reservation amount if cancellation is made 44 days before arrival or in case of no-show. Rental rules:
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 45 days prior to arrival date.
Minimum stay: 5 nights in mid and low season; From 12/07 to 22/08 min. stay 7 nights. Arrival/departure any day.
Check-in: 16:00-21:00. A late check in fee of Euro 20 is applied for check in after 9 pm. The amount must be paid on site. Check-out: within 10:00 am.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, electricity, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linens, final cleaning, cot and high chair if required.
